I had a great experience staying here. The hotel is located in a convenient area not too far from the main boulevard. The staff were very helpful and polite, providing excellent room service. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all amenities in good working condition. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, including car hire, laundry, and even a doctor on call. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. this place provided a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff was welcoming and the spa services were excellent. The breakfast was acceptable.

It is within walking distance to the Grand Bazzar and other major sites, but it a good 15 minute walk. Not as close as I had expected. The room was tiny. There was no shelf in the bathroom and space was very limited.

The hotel is well located and very well connected to the tram, which is 5 min and Aksaray Metro station which is 15 mins walking distance. All the places of tourist interest, monuments, shopping, restaurants and city center is within the radius of 10-20 mins travel in public transport.

The bathroom is small. The breakfast spread is limited with no toast and variety in bread and its repeated daily. They could not arrange a pickup from the airport, probably because we had requested them just a day prior to our arrival.

We had a great stay in the heart of the city. Best aspects were the hotel facilities, location close to transportation, and the cleanliness of the room. We enjoyed the breakfast with good variety of food and the polite staff that was always helpful.

Restaurant in the basement, rooms little bit small, Spa is NOT free (after 4PM its $15/person) but from 10AM-4PM it is(who stays this time in hotel?), location little bit tricky, parking is considered the streets around

The hotel was in a good location, very close to public transportation and lots of small shops. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, including some local dishes which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was even smaller. It was difficult to move around in the space comfortably.

The room was small and unclean, with hairs in the sink and on the bed. the staff made an error with my payment, resulting in a pending refund that caused inconvenience during my Christmas trip.

Hotel was nice but not so close to the main sights as I expected (15 Min. walk to Grand Bazaar). Rooms are quite small but clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Sometimes it was loud due to the departure of other guests. Spa facilities can be used for free, treatments are to be paid in cash (e.g. Hamam glove massage 15 € for 20 minutes).

Perfect variant for all: not far from tram/subway stations, after day of sighseeing you can relax at spa for free if you've made reservation via internet, friendly staf, good breakfast, so what do you wish more?

the only thing that annoy me or may annoy any customer that the size of bath and shower is very very very small.you cannot get out of shower while you are in.
